Project Spotlight: Finding Hope (2023-2026)

The Mission: In late 2025 and early 2026, Handclasp Incorporated collaborated with local house church groups to merge three distinct regional projects into a singular, powerful narrative initiative. Our goal was to empower local communicators across to move beyond “documentation” and toward “transformation.”

The Narrative Architect’s Approach: We hosted intensive workshops designed to find the “magic” in the mundane. Using the principles of high-end cinematography adapted for mobile devices, we trained 95 local leaders to capture the soul of their communities.

The Impact:

  • The Stories: Students produced 5 original “Stories of Hope,” focusing on local education, medical outreach, and community resilience.
  • The Strategy: We discussed developing a digital distribution framework that allowed these stories to be shared natively on social media, to reach a large audience
  • The Transformation: By providing the technical “handclasp,” we turned participants into Narrative Architects of their own missions, ensuring they have the tools to continue sharing their hope long after our departure.

“The lens is the same, whether it’s an Arri or an iPhone. What matters is the eye behind it and the soul it connects to.” — Dan Henrich

In 2026 we will implement a Social Media Outreach strategy :

This proposal outlines a social media strategy designed to establish online Disciple Making Movement (DMM) groups, which will serve as a precursor to face-to-face discipleship. The strategy deviates from common digital outreach methods by adopting an “organic,” persona-driven approach rooted in Social Media Gratification theory, which posits that users seek genuine connection and validation online. The core of the plan involves creating authentic social media personas for later GenZ and younger Millennial demographics on platforms like Meta and YouTube. These personas will engage in relevant online communities, building relationships through content focused on topics such as mental health, family life, and career challenges. The ultimate goal is to guide these online relationships toward online Discovery Bible Studies (DBS) and eventually transition them into in-person discipleship groups.
